Role Plays
The role play demonstrations were filmed on various locations with 15 different actors and actresses. They were shot in a most realistic manner without the use of a script. David plays the real estate agent in most of the scenarios and interacts naturally with real prospects, buyers and sellers in situations of listing, selling and negotiation. No corny, offensive dialogs...only warm, informal, practical scripts that your agents will actually use.
